2. Payment

Payment must be made according to the selected rate.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

 

3. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required.

It may be retained in case of damage or violation of house rules.

 

4. Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate.

Non-refundable bookings are excluded from refunds.

No-shows are charged in full.

 

5. Liability

Guests are fully liable for damages caused during their stay.

Polarstar Real Estate OOD is liable only in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control.

 

7. Minimum Age

Bookings are allowed only for persons aged 18 or older.

 

8. Governing Law

Bulgarian law applies.

Jurisdiction is Bulgaria.
